Scheduling Policies
Consultation Questionnaire
During the booking process, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire to give me a better idea of what sort of editing you will need for your project. Please answer the questions as honestly as possible so I can provide the most accurate quote for my services.
Cancellation Policy
While the consultation is free, I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, so that other clients can schedule during that time if needed.
After two missed consultations with no prior notice, I will no longer allow you to schedule.
Payment
Policy
Once a quote is given for services, you will have three (3) days to accept the terms and complete payment. Once payment is received, I will begin work on your project. If a quote is given and not accepted, I reserve the right to change the price for similar services requested at a later date.
