The innate desire to create comes from the fact that we have a Creator.

I am a writer, editor, wife, mother, pastor, and indecisive creative. Although I have dabbled in many art forms throughout my life, I learned to read and write at a very early age, and therefore words were the first medium with which I learned to create. As I reached adulthood, I gained an appreciation for the outdoors, leading me to the conclusion that many others have already come to: nature is among the most powerful cases for creativity.

In my life as a writer, I have extensive experience writing short prose, and have had poems and short stories published in local anthologies. I am also in the process of writing a novel, which should be ready for querying by the beginning of 2025. I love fiction and stories, and I believe that storytelling is healing and necessary.

I started this site in part to have a centralized place for my creative endeavors, writing and otherwise, as well as to encourage others to continue to create. I truly believe that creativity is not only necessary to survival, but that it is also a characteristic that we, created beings, were endowed with by the Creator.
